Follow these easy steps and you will be on your way to being a member of Dietwerks in no time. User Agreement We ask that you agree to the terms & conditions listed in the User Agreement below and indicate your agreement by clicking on the "I Agree" button. User ID & Password We will ask you to to choose your user ID and password. Member Registration You will then need to provide some personal information such as name, e-mail address, birthday, height, weight, gender, etc. Member Profile Here we will ask you a series of detailed questions regarding your health & diet preference, activity level and lifestyle. We use your confidential replies to customize a weight loss plan that best suits you. Program Selection We will ask which payment option you would like. Credit Card Information Lastly, we will ask for your credit card information to complete the registration process. Once approved, you will have full access to the member's area and can get started right away! Payment Options   All amounts are in US Dollars The 4x4 Renewable - Pay for 4-weeks subscription at a time. You will be charged a one-time registration fee of $5 + $7.99 for each 4-week period. Your first payment is $12.99 and you pay $7.99 every 4 weeks subsequently. You may cancel at the end of any period. 12-Weeks REACH YOUR GOAL! Saver - Pay for a 12-weeks subscription and save. Register for our 12 week package for $20 and the registration fee is waived for a savings of $8.97! Payment Processing For your security and convenience we use Worldpay for our online payment processing. Please note, at this time we accept only Visa and Mastercard. User Agreement By accessing or using Dietwerks.com ('DWC'), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement (the 'Agreement'). DWC may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon either posting of the modified Agreement or notifying you. Your continued access or use of DWC after any such modification shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the DWC site. If you do not agree to abide by this Agreement, do not use the site or download materials from the site. COPYRIGHT: All information used and displayed on the DWC site or in email messages, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, video, music and sound, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks (the 'content'), are the property of DWC or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by worldwide copyright, trademark and other laws. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, DWC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, view and download the information on the Site only for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit the content available on or through the DWC site, except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law or with the express permission of DWC and the copyright owner. USER REPRESENTATIONS: You represent and warrant that the information you provide to DWC is truthful and accurate. You also represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use DWC in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of DWC and to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated in this Agreement. MEMBERSHIP: By becoming a DWC member, you agree that DWC, in its sole discretion, may disclose current or past information about members when it has a good faith believe that: (1) the law requires disclosure; (2) a member has violated the law or the terms of this agreement; or (3) DWC deems disclosure necessary or appropriate to operate its site or its services. Unless otherwise offered, all new memberships are for a minimum twelve (12) weeks prepaid subscription. Upon fulfillment of your subscription, DWC members may continue using our program in 4-week prepaid subscriptions or cancel. Cancellations are not retroactive and prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelled accounts will be deactivated on the day following the last day of the subscription. Once cancelled, a DWC account cannot be reactivated. All memberships are non-transferable. Under extenuating circumstances, refunds are at the discretion of management. You agree to maintain the security of your user identification, password and other confidential information relating to your DWC account. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way. DWC reserves the right to refuse membership for any reason, including certain medical conditions. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend DWC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, content providers, and suppliers, against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including illness, death, or property, resulting from any violation of this agreement or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing DWC using your account. WAIVER, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You agree that neither DWC, nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers, shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of DWC. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against DWC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers for losses or damages you sustain in connection with your use of DWC. Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, the total liability of DWC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers and suppliers, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the particular information or service provided. All other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive arising from any use of the information or other parts of DWC are hereby excluded even if DWC or its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. DISCUSSION BOARDS AND CHAT ROOMS: You acknowledge that if you participate in our Community you will abide by the community standards. Our full community standards is available at the Community page. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Members must have a PC or Macintosh computer, an Internet connection, and a printer. Members must provide a valid email address that will be used for the duration of the program. DWC assumes no responsibility for computer systems, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, incomplete or misdirected information. DWC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this program should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond DWC's control corrupt the administration, security or proper function of this program. LINKS TO OTHER SITES: DWC may provide, on the Site, links to Web sites operated by other persons or entities. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk. DWC does not endorse and accepts no responsibility for any representations, warranties, terms, conditions, payment, or delivery of any goods or services of a linked sites or the information appearing therein or any of the products or services described thereon.
